Blastoff help
Contact: [email protected].
Include the Blastoff version shown in Settings, your iPhone model, iOS version, steps and expected result. You can attach a screenshot without personal information. Do not send passwords. No response-time commitment is made.
No launches appear or I cannot refresh
Check your connection and the app’s message. The source has shared IP rate limits: several apps or devices on one network can consume them. Respect the next available query time. Explore includes references available offline. Do not reinstall to retry: you could lose bookmarks without resolving the provider’s limit.
The schedule seems old or the countdown disappeared
Check the lookup time. A countdown requires a precise future schedule, scheduled status and information checked less than fifteen minutes ago. Its absence does not mean the mission was canceled. Refresh when available; schedules can change.
I followed a mission but receive no alerts
Following saves a mission; choose and save a reminder separately. Check its status in the mission and notification permission in iOS Settings. Focus and other system settings can affect how an alert appears. Reminders use the last known schedule and are corrected after a valid query; iOS decides when the app can refresh in the background. They are not immediate delay alerts.
A followed mission has no details
It may remain saved even when the source does not return details or you are offline. Wait for a new query; you do not need to remove it. The app reports preference-save failures.
Photos or specifications differ from a mission
Explore describes reference families and variants. Photos have dates and credits and may show earlier hardware. Check the source, variant, units and conditions. An educational drawing is not a scale blueprint and does not automatically identify a mission’s booster.
Large text and accessibility
Blastoff follows iOS text settings and provides textual explanations of diagrams. Scroll to read long paragraphs. If an action, selection or close control is inaccessible, send the steps and your language, appearance and text settings so the issue can be reproduced. Full accessibility certification is not claimed.
Data and privacy
Bookmarks and preferences are stored locally. The Space Devs receives your IP when querying launches; maps use Apple MapKit without requesting your location. Read the Blastoff privacy policy, including how support email is handled: it is deleted six months after the request is resolved.
